supply in goose products, including high quality raw

All our medium and above
grade shuttlecocks use the
best possible pick from feathers in certain portions
of a goose’s body. The selected feathers are
naturally dried to preserve strength of stems, and the
fiber texture of individual feather thread and their
alignment, which constitute the fundamental defining
factors for the aerodynamic attributes and durability
of finished products. The cockheads are made from
imported soft wood of right density and elasticity,
another key element to ensure quality. Our
manufacturing process flow employs over 20 unique
steps with stringent in-process quality control. The
process and final test specifications meet or exceed
national standard, which is more rigorous than
international standard. The company technical
resources consist of over 60 core professionals with
experience no less than 30 years on average in
badminton shuttlecock fabrication and testing. Our
